We have been asked to participate in another Los Angeles area Architectural Landmark - the N.B. Herman Building Tenant Improvement and Residential Loft project on the famous “Hollywood Walk of Fame” in Hollywood California. Centrally located on Vine Street at the intersection of Hollywood Boulevard, this historical building has been preserved and become an integral element of the new adjacent world-class “W Hotel & Residences” development.
The original Vine Street façade of the N.B. Herman building dates back to the 1920’s and has been painstakingly preserved by the “W” Hotel development. Our work for this project consists of the tenant improvement within the façade and structure. The ground level includes one and two story high Retail spaces with storefront entrances facing Vine Street. Above this Retail space is a new second story ultra-modern Urban Loft Residence overlooking Vine Street. With impressive views and modern fixtures and appliances, this Loft is in a prime location with cutting-edge interiors and style.
