Barry D. Becker - President
Mr. Becker has been a licensed building contractor in Southern California since 1980. His principle areas of responsibility have been construction administration from site selection and product development through monitoring all field activities. Mr. Becker has many years of direct experience in purchasing, bid analysis, contract writing, value engineering with the ability to interface the requirements of marketing and sales.
Mr. Becker started his career in the early 1970s where he held management positions with KLK Development Company and Devine Corporation, both located in Southern California. In 1985, Mr. Becker co-founded Becker Development Company, Inc. a general contracting and development company. Mr. Becker, in 1998, founded Pacific West Builders, Inc., a general contracting company successfully servicing Southern California. His vast experience and versatility has allowed him to interface the perceptions of his clients vision to the reality of his clients requirements and constraints to successfully complete their projects.

J.D. Ostic - Executive Vice President
Mr. Ostic has been in real estate development since 1977, having held management positions with a number of Southern California developers including M.J. Brock and Sons and GLENFED Development. During his career, he has been involved in the development, construction and sales of over 4,000 single family and multi-family units in Southern California, Phoenix, Arizona and Houston, Texas. His most current out of state project was a 312 unit multi-family project in Houston in which he was responsible for the land planning, engineering, and construction financing. He worked closely with the lender and their legal counsel in Florida in processing and closing a $15,400,000.00 construction/permanent loan last year. His principal areas of responsibility, during his career, have been to identify new opportunites and the acquisition, planning, design, sales and marketing of new projects. He works closely with marketing, planning and engineering consultants to move projects through the various municipal and county agencies to tentative map approval and to building permits, when appropriate. He also works closely with architects in the formulation and design of the proposed product of each new project. Mr. Ostic has been a speaker and panelist at MIRM seminars and a former member of the Board of Directors of the Ventura Chapter of the BIA.
